At this time, our minimum booking requirement is 3 hours, especially for venues that require a longer travel time. This allows us to ensure the trip is worthwhile for our team while still giving your pup the attention and care they deserve.

A few ways we can make the most of the 3 hour window is through walks and playtime before and after your Ceremony (either on or off-site) feeding your pup dinner, assisting them in greeting guests upon arrival or mingling with them during cocktail hour, and taking photos around the venue.

Yes! Our pet attendant services are adaptable to various events, including family photoshoots, gala events, honors ceremonies, vow renewals, and more. We customize our care to suit the requirements of the occasion.

We recommend booking our services well in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular event dates. We are currently booking for 2026-2027 weddings!

To ensure we provide the best care for your pet we will require details such as your pet's age and weight, medications, dietary and mobility requirements. We will also ask you questions regarding your dog’s temperament, behavior, and any triggers to ensure we can tailor our services to meet their specific needs.

On the wedding day we will brush your pet's coat and make sure they look as cute as ever, however, we are not professional dog groomers. We recommend having your dog bathed and groomed the week of the wedding. We can also pick your pup up from the groomers prior to your wedding if you would like.

Yes. Our payment plan requires a 15% deposit, with 35% due midway and 50% due two weeks before event. Our cancellation policy states that after 60 days of contract signing, no refund is available.
